Alexandria Mineral Oils Co. "AMOC" based in Alexandria-Egypt, call for an international base oils sell tender FOB Alexandria for all or part of the below tendered grades/quantities according to the following general sale terms and conditions.

AMOC shall renewed in July 2009 by SGS the certificates of compliance.

AMOC shall renewed in July 2009 by SGS the certificates of compliance with the following standards:-
- Quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
- Environmental management system ISO 14001:2004.
- Occupational Health of safety OHSAS 18001:2007.

1) Grade/Quantity

a. SN 400/500 5,000 MT
b. SN 600/700 3,000 MT

The above figures are with operational tolerance +/- 10% .

2) Quality

As per AMOC standard specifications shown in the following table .

3) Delivery

One safe berth FOB Alex Port during January 2009 in one or more shipments.
Maritime conditions will be according to Alex Port Regulations & Provisions (*).

4) Price Quotations

The bid pricing to be quoted in USD/MT FOB Alex and based on the mean average of low/high quotes of ICIS Pricing (FOB EUR) for SN 500 valid at the bill of lading date plus a premium.

5) Payment

In USD through an irrevocable/confirmed documentary L/C (*) issued from a 1st class bank in a text acceptable to Seller at the counters of National Bank of Egypt "NBE"-Alexandria branch (advising bank), payable after 30 days from B/L date against the normal shipping documents.

(*)Copies of the Tender Documents including detailed GTC, Alex Port Regulations & Provisions, delivery/inspection terms and L/C text will be sent to the bidder(s) (fax/e-mail) upon their request before the submission date of the offers.

Offers Submission

The offers (bids) should be submitted in sealed envelopes handed over by authorized representative/agent or couriered before Thursday 25th of December 2008 to the following address.
